I offer individual, group, and experiential sessions grounded in presence, care, and respect

for your unique process. Sessions are available from my office or online, creating flexibility

while maintaining a warm and supportive therapeutic container.

Individual & Group Counselling


In Person & Online Support

  • ​55-minute session: $125 (includes GST)

  • 85-minute session (Holotropic Breathwork): $188 (includes GST)


An invoice will be sent after each session. Payment is due at the time of session or in advance via e-transfer or credit card. Once payment is received, a receipt will be issued for submission to your insurance provider.


Counsellor Supervision​
​​I offer clinical supervision to counsellors and helping professionals who are seeking thoughtful, relational, and ethically grounded supervision. My approach supports both professional development and personal presence, honouring the complexity of the work we do.


  • Supervision sessions: $95 per hour (includes GST)

Workshops & Groups
Throughout the year, I offer a variety of workshops and group experiences for both clients and supervisees. These offerings invite deeper connection, embodied exploration, and shared learning within a supportive community.

Workshops and groups may focus on personal growth, nervous system regulation, breathwork, or professional reflection and integration.

Details, dates, and pricing vary by offering and are shared as they become available.

Extended Health Coverage
Registered Therapeutic Counsellors (RTCs) are covered by some extended health plans. Coverage varies, so I recommend contacting your extended health care provider directly for details.

I am a Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor and a Registered Counselling Supervisor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT).

      2.We can arrange a 15-minute consultation to see if working together feels like a good fit, or you may choose to book a full session
           right away.
      3. Once your session is booked, you’ll receive any intake and consent forms needed prior to our first meeting.

​​​​Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
